    Day 2: Refinement & Handover

    The following day is reserved for any minor refinements and final walkthrough.

Don’t worry — I’ll guide you every step of the way. Having everything ready means we can dive in on Day 1 and keep the momentum strong all week long.

  • All websites are built on Squarespace — a modern, user-friendly platform that’s easy to manage and update, even if you’re not tech-savvy. You’ll also get access to helpful resources like platform tutorials, how-to videos, and a post-launch guide so you always know what to do and how to keep your site running smoothly.

  • While your site starts with one of my base templates, everything is tailored to you — your brand, your content, your goals. I customize the layout, visuals, and flow to make sure your site feels one-of-a-kind and truly reflects your business.

  • If you need something beyond what’s included, we can chat about add-ons or custom upgrades. We’ll always be upfront about what’s possible so your brand gets exactly what it needs — without surprises.

  • You won’t be glued to your screen, but your presence is important. Throughout the week, I’ll need you to be available to review designs, answer quick questions, and give timely approvals so we can keep everything on track. I’ll guide you through each step and let you know exactly when your input is needed

  • The Essentials is a 5-page website using your current branding. Brand Builder includes that same customized website—plus full brand design (colours, fonts, logos, and a brand board).

  • No problem — your site can grow with you. You’ll be able to add pages on your own, or if you’d prefer a polished, on-brand design, I offer add-on services for future updates and expansions whenever you’re ready.

  • Once your site is live, you’ll have 7 days of email support to handle any tweaks, questions, or last-minute adjustments. Beyond that, if you ever need extra help or updates, I’m here with ongoing support options to keep your site running smoothly.
